How to See Which iPads Are Connected
The quickest way to confirm your iPads are connected — before kickoff or any time one seems to be missing plays.
The easiest check: the iPad's green checkmark
Open the GameStrat app on each iPad and look at the top-right corner. A green checkmark means it's connected to the operating laptop and ready. No checkmark means it isn't connected yet — confirm a live game is running on the laptop and that the iPad is on the correct GameStrat network for its location.
See them all from the laptop
Start your game on the laptop first, then look along the top of the screen, just above the camera feed — every connected iPad is listed there. It's the fastest way to check them all at once.
Name your iPads
Give each iPad a clear name (by position or coach) in the GameStrat app settings on the iPad so that list is easy to read when viewing them on your laptop.
